12x24 Aluminum Standard

Yes. The photos and information on this page represent the actual building currently in our inventory. Because each inventory building is individually listed, availability is subject to change until the building is reserved or purchased.

Free delivery and setup are available within 50 miles of our Columbus, GA location at 4011 Warm Springs Rd -- delivery includes leveling on concrete blocks, no concrete slab required. Delivery outside that area may also be available for an additional charge; call 706-568-0500 to confirm your location.

Your $50 deposit temporarily holds this exact building while we finalize your purchase, financing, rent-to-own agreement, and delivery details. If you complete your purchase, the $50 is applied toward it. If you need to cancel, it's refundable, less a small processing fee.

Rent-to-own is available on eligible inventory with no traditional credit check. Multiple term options are available, and the exact payment depends on the building and selected term.

Traditional financing is available for qualified customers, with payments on this building estimated from $167/mo (60-month term, subject to credit approval). Multiple term options may be available depending on the financing program and applicant qualifications.

The delivery route and building site should be reasonably clear, accessible, and level. Trees, fences, gates, overhead wires, tight turns, soft ground, and other obstacles can affect delivery. All access openings need to be 2 feet wider than the building -- for example, a 10x16 would need a 12-foot clear opening. We also need 13 feet of height clearance, free of wires, branches, and eaves. If you're unsure whether we can access your setup location, contact us and we'll help you determine what's needed.

Most in-stock buildings are delivered and set up within 3-5 business days, depending on scheduling, weather, site conditions, and delivery access.
