Financing typically offers a lower effective rate than rent-to-own, making it a better fit for larger purchases if you qualify. If you do not qualify or prefer not to use credit, rent-to-own is also available with no credit check required.

We Deliver and Install
Once financing is approved, we schedule delivery. Your building is placed, leveled, and installed on site. You make fixed monthly payments directly to the lender.
