Our Story

A Reputation Built Over Decades

Banner Buildings was established in Columbus, GA in 1969 and spent decades building a reputation for quality portable buildings in the area. In 2010, Jon Haralson — a Columbus native with over 10 years of experience in the portable building industry — purchased Banner Buildings and has continued that same commitment to quality and affordability ever since.

Since then we have delivered and installed thousands of storage buildings for happy customers across west Georgia and east Alabama. We sell aluminum sheds with a lifetime warranty against corrosion, build custom wood sheds to your specs, and deliver steel carports, enclosed garages, and barns. When a standard delivery cannot reach your property, our crew builds on site from the ground up.

We offer rent-to-own with no credit check and financing for qualified buyers. No pressure, no gimmicks — just quality buildings at honest prices, backed by real warranties.

Our main lot is at 4011 Warm Springs Road in Columbus. We also have a display lot at 8920 GA-85 in Waverly Hall. You are welcome to come walk through the buildings in person before you decide.
