What do I need to prepare before delivery?

The delivery route and building site should be reasonably clear, accessible, and level. Trees, fences, gates, overhead wires, tight turns, soft ground, and other obstacles can affect delivery. All access openings need to be 2 feet wider than the building -- for example, a 10x16 would need a 12-foot clear opening. We also need 13 feet of height clearance, free of wires, branches, and eaves.
